  1. Thanks for asking me to comment on something I have done for years, but I had not seen anywhere. That is that you can give your kids frozen veggies as a snack. I found this out one day as I left the frozen peas on the table before I microwaved them. My twins had them gone by the time I got back to heat them. I tried other veggies too including but not limited to beans,carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and sure enough they loved them frozen as well. Makes a nutrious snack, easy to prepare, and inexpensive as well. Mine liked potatoes, squash, and turnip sliced and eaten raw better than the frozen variety. Healthy eating everyone!!!
