Vitamin Water vs. Real Water

Vitamin waters have been all the rage the past couple of years, but if it’s vitamins that you’re looking for, you might look elsewhere. Many of the vitamins they proclaim to include are in minute quantities and are water soluble, so they would not sustain & be bio-available to you in this drink.

An average bottle of vitamin water is packed with over 100 calories, and loaded with serious amounts of sugar for flavoring. It’s almost as bad as drinking soda,(without the carbonation) and surely won’t help you or your children on your fitness journey.

You and your family should drink regular water which has zero calories. My family loves the Bestwater Perfect Pitcher pictured above. Click here for more information.

Concerned about you vitamin intake - choose the right vitamin for you, your teen, or your child and get the nutritional boost your are looking for. I'd be happy to recommend what has worked for our family.

To Your Health,
Lisa
